Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order on ThePosterStars. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Legal notice & company details

ThePosterStars is operated by Decorator Group SLLC, registered in Bulgaria (EU). This information is provided in compliance with EU e-commerce law (Directive 2000/31/EC).

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the legal framework governing your use of theposterstars.com.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing theposterstars.com or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent), and that you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order governs that transaction. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Products and pricing

All posters are printed on demand. We make every effort to display colours and dimensions accurately, but the final appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and printing materials.

• Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time of checkout.
• All sizes listed are the print size (the poster itself, excluding any frame).
• Frames are not included unless explicitly stated in the product description.

4. Ordering process

1. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
2. Enter your delivery address and select a shipping method.
3. Review your order summary, then complete payment.
4. You will receive an order confirmation email. This email constitutes acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund if payment has already been taken.

5. Payment & VAT

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

Your card will be charged at the time of order confirmation. All prices displayed on theposterstars.com include VAT at the applicable rate for your country of residence, in accordance with EU VAT rules (OSS scheme).

B2B customers: if you are a VAT-registered business in another EU member state and wish to receive a zero-rated (reverse-charge) invoice, please contact us at [email protected] before placing your order and provide your valid EU VAT number.

6. Shipping and delivery

Full details of shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are on our Shipping page. Key points:

• Posters are printed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery times vary by destination. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.
• Risk passes to you when the carrier delivers the parcel to the address you provided.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns and refunds

Full details are on our Returns page. Summary:

• You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery (see Section 8).
• Posters must be returned in their original, undamaged condition.
• Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
• Custom-size or personalised orders are excluded from the right of withdrawal (see Section 8.2).

8. Consumer rights (EU)

8.1 Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 30 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and applicable national law.

To exercise this right, notify us before the 30-day period expires by emailing [email protected] with your order number and a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.

8.2 Exceptions to withdrawal

Standard catalogue posters are not personalised and are fully eligible for return.

8.3 Faulty or damaged goods

If your poster arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

8.4 Statutory guarantee

Under EU and Bulgarian consumer law, goods must conform to the contract of sale. You are entitled to a two-year statutory guarantee against non-conformity.

9. Intellectual property

All artwork sold on ThePosterStars is either owned by us or licensed for sale. When you purchase a poster, you receive a physical print for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, or redistribute the artwork digitally or in print for commercial purposes.
• Claim ownership of the artwork.
• Remove or alter any watermarks or copyright notices.

The ThePosterStars brand, logo, website design, and original content are the intellectual property of Decorator Group SLLC. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of theposterstars.com or the products purchased.
• Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
• Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

EU consumer protection rights are not affected by this clause.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable EU regulations, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

If you are a consumer in the EU, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.
