What it costs
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout against your delivery address. You'll see the exact number before you pay — no surprise charges after. Orders over €50 ship free, worldwide.
How we pack it
Each poster rolled and shipped in a thick-walled kraft cardboard tube with paper end caps. Larger orders go in rigid flat mailers to stay creaseless. No plastic wrap, no bubble film.
Tracking your order
You'll get an email with a tracking number the moment your parcel ships. Use it on the Post One tracking page or your local carrier's site. If nothing arrives within 6 business days of ordering, check spam first, then email us with your order number.
Customs & import duties
Inside the EU — nothing to pay on top. Outside the EU, your parcel may be subject to local customs duties and VAT, which are the recipient's responsibility. Rates depend on your country; if you're not sure, check with your local customs office before ordering.
When delivery goes sideways
Tracking says delivered but nothing's there? Check with neighbours and your local post office first. If it's still missing, ping us — we'll investigate with the carrier.
Returned to sender? If the parcel bounces back to us (wrong address, missed collection, failed delivery attempts), we'll get in touch. Re-shipping costs are at your expense — details in the returns policy.
