For best results, we recommend images with at least 1500 pixels on the shortest side. Higher resolution images will produce sharper, more detailed prints. If your image resolution is lower than recommended, we will show a warning before you add it to the cart.
We print on premium 200gsm FSC-certified paper. You can choose between a Matte finish (smooth, non-reflective, great for most photos) or a Glossy finish (vibrant, reflective, ideal for vivid colours and high-contrast images). Both options use archival-quality inks.
Yes. After uploading, use the zoom slider to crop into your image. The live preview shows exactly how your poster will look. We recommend making any colour or exposure adjustments before uploading, as we print the image as provided.
Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days within Europe. Your poster is printed within 1-2 business days of ordering, then shipped in a protective tube or flat package depending on size. Orders over €50 ship free.
We offer a 30-day return policy. If your poster arrives damaged or the print quality doesn't meet expectations, contact us and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. Since each custom poster is made to order, we ask that quality-related claims include a photo of the issue.
